Macallan 10-Year-Old 100 Proof. A beautifully colored and intensely flavored sherry cask matured whisky from Macallan. Aged for 10 years in sherry wood, it’s bottled at 100 UK proof (57%) for more oomph. A much-missed classic. A bottle of The Macallan 18-Year-Old Single Highland Malt Scotch Whisky. This was distilled in 1970, matured in sherry casks, and bottled in 1988.
